On the target machine, from an elevated PowerShell prompt, in any folder. Step 1 is needed once per machine (the installer refuses without the .NET 10 runtime).

3. Run it (prompts you to sign in and enrolls the device into your organization)

Admins, own organization. A secret is stored protected and never shown again; a new credential for the same organization, type and device replaces the old one.
